For customized bottle samples.the samples can be sent within 40days after receipt your order deposit.

* 35-45days for making customized mold and samples(including 7-15days for pro-production samples confirmation)

* 15days for mass production after sample confirmation

* 30days for trsanport goods from factory to  customer's warehouse .

30% as deposit ,the balance pay before delivery.//30% T/T deposit,the balance L/C 100% TT in advance

If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 30  we c

working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or

an accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
